In 2025, people in the UAE made 298,000 Schengen visa requests. Here’s what those numbers tell you before you apply.
1 How hard is it?
Most people get the visa: about 8 in 10. The hard part is often getting the appointment.
2 Which country do you apply to?
Apply to the country where you’ll spend the most nights. If the nights are equal, apply to the one you enter first.

A multi-entry visa lets you come back as many times as you like while it’s valid, for up to 90 days in any 180 days. If you travel often, ask for one on your form.
