What I collect

When you send a request I keep the contact you give me (WhatsApp, Telegram, email or phone), the routes and appointment types you choose, and your monthly volume if you are an agency. I also keep technical context: page language, time zone, the country of your network, the page you came from and your browser type. The form never asks for passport or ID details.

Why

To reply to your request, and to understand which routes are most requested, using totals that do not identify you.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores requests and runs the security check (Turnstile). I use an analytics provider to understand how the page is used; it never receives what you type into the form. If you message me on Telegram or WhatsApp, those services process that conversation. Servers may be outside your country.

How long

I keep a request while I’m talking to you about it. Requests that go nowhere are deleted or anonymised; route totals are kept without contact details.

Your rights

You can ask me to show, correct or delete your details at any time. Write to Telegram @localvisa_admin and quote your reference (VB-…).

Hangi bilgileri topluyorum?

Talep gönderdiğinizde bana verdiğiniz iletişim bilgisini (WhatsApp, Telegram, e-posta veya telefon), seçtiğiniz rotaları ve randevu türlerini ve acenteyseniz aylık başvuru sayınızı saklarım. Neden?

Talebinize yanıt vermek ve hangi rotaların en çok talep gördüğünü, sizi tanımlamayan toplam sayılarla anlamak için.

Bilgileri kimler işler?

Cloudflare siteyi barındırır, talepleri saklar ve güvenlik kontrolünü (Turnstile) çalıştırır. Sayfanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak için bir analiz hizmeti kullanırım; bu hizmet forma yazdıklarınızı hiçbir zaman almaz. Bana Telegram veya WhatsApp üzerinden yazarsanız bu yazışmayı ilgili hizmetler işler. Sunucular ülkeniz dışında olabilir.

Ne kadar süre?

Talebinizi, sizinle bu konuda görüştüğüm sürece saklarım. Sonuçlanmayan talepler silinir veya anonim hale getirilir; rota toplamları iletişim bilgisi olmadan tutulur.

Bilgilerinizi görmeyi, düzeltmeyi veya silmeyi istediğiniz zaman talep edebilirsiniz. Referans kodunuzla (VB-…) Telegram’da @localvisa_admin hesabına yazın.
